All the services were perfect. In overall the room was large and with wine. The breakfasts were incredibly nice with lovely bread. The staff seemed helpful, they made our stay a very good experience...
Couldn't stay longer.

I booked a Comfort King room that included coffee/tea making facilities, a multi-channel television, and a writing desk. the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and we received polite service. the location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk to everywhere we needed!

The room and facilities were very good, everything you could want in a hotel room. The evening meal was excellent and this was the best breakfast we have had for a long time in a hotel. Both very very good value for money. Will definately stay here again if in the area.

Clean units with bathroom, 2 separate beds, for example, and the staff were supper friendly. The setting of hotel was comfortable and unbeatable, on outskirts.

Friendly staff in the morning, nice new rooms.
Very unfriendly staff in the evening (at arrival), lots of problems before getting a room. Expensive food, bad value for money.

The family room was just what we needed, complete with an electric kettle, a work desk, and a TV.

Very clean and nice room, spacious, furniture look like-new. In bathroom enough space, clean also and functional. We appreciate the possibility to make coffee/tea in the room and the little treat on the house that we found in room at arrival (tea and coffee bags, sugar, biscuits, water). In a safe and quiet area. Free parking and wi-fi (good speed). Excellent value for the money. It was our first stay at a Kyriad and in the future we will search other hotels in this chain.

it is better than horrible premiere
it is amazing that hotels in France have so low quality. Comparing to other parts of Europe - Kyriad is embarrassing. Luckily I paid special rate (39 euro), which I believe is even too high for this quality

The bed was insanely comfortable, I had the most peaceful sleep ever. The restaurant staff were mind-blowingly delightful and spoke perfect English. The hotel's cleanliness was jaw-dropping and the location was super convenient for touring nearby countries.

Restaurant closed, so had to find somewhere to eat. As strangers (and not French) this was not easy! WiFi system was no very satisfactory although free.

The hotel is conveniently located for those travelling by car, with a large free car park and easy access to major routes. the rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. Free WiFi is also a plus, allowing guests to stay connected during their trip.
The breakfast was not up to par. Despite waking up early, the breakfast items were already empty, with no effort made to refill them.

Reception was closed before 11 pm on Friday, fortunately they answered the phone and we could enter by entering the PIN code the gave us over phone ( they had left our key at the door of our room)
